Why did my homepage change to google UK?

Basically, I just looked up and found my homepage changed from google.com to google.co.uk. What happened? I can't figure out how to change it back.

You should have the option to change back to Google.com on that very same page. I get that a lot in my comp (to Google PR). the laptop keeps my preference but the desktop always keeps reverting to PR. It is a real pain.

I've tried looking but I can't find it. I looked under preferences and there was no option to change countries, just languages.

Should be able to right click IE icon and manually type in the old webpage as your homepage. Or if you are using Firefox, Tools-Options-General will bring you to a prompt to enter in a new homepage. How it happened it could of been because of an update or a brower hijack of some sorts.

Have you tried opening your browser, Tools-->Internet Options-->General and enter your preference under Home Page?

Try the "Go to Google.com" link at the bottom of the page. If it isn't showing for some reason, try this URL:

http://www.google.com/ncr
