K Paul's Stuffed Eggplant Pirogues

Does anyone know where I can get this recipe without buying his book from Amazon? This was our favorite dish at his restaurant when we dined there on our honeymoon. I've found what I believe to be a fairly similar recipe, but would love to find the his actual one. Eventually, I'll probably get the book, but I would like to make this Friday for Mr. Weatherfield's birthday. Thanks!
