Madonna - Hot or Not?
Ok, Madonna is single again. So men & gay women. Is Madonna hot? As in, right now? Not pre-yogatastic-manhand Madonna.
Personally, I think she's quite hot - I think her body looks fantastic in the Hung Up video - see here: http://www.theinspirationroom.com/da...gym-mirror.jpg but I heard a number of people say it was nasty. So - what say you? Would you hit it? Lets pretend for a minute that it wasn't Madonna but some other 50 year old woman who looked like that? What is she was 30 - her body is better than most of the 30 year olds out there (except for her hands). What do you think?

I'm in my early 40's, and was a horny young guy when she had her first hit, but I don't think I ever found her hot. I think personality plays a big role in how you perceive someone. Just as people I've known who were objectively average-looking raised their perceived 'hotness' by being nice, fun people, Madonna's physical attractiveness was adversely affected by what I felt was an off-putting personality - at least as much as I could tell thru seeing her in the media.
As a young'un, I'd have thrown her some if she lost her mind and decided she HAD to have me, but I suspect the best thing about the experience would have been having a story to tell. Not hot.

I'm a little older than Madonna, so I've seen her career arc from the very beginning.
I've never found her to be hot. She always struck me as that girl from 8th grade who figured out if she talked dirty, boys would pay attention to her. She may ACT hot, but that didn't mean she IS hot. True, she's well-preserved for someone her age (much better preserved than I am) but that just magnifies that the whole is much less than the sum of her parts.

She looks good. Darn good for 50.
Not hot, but that's probably largely due to the rather dated and (for as much as scanty clothing can be) frumpy look of the dancewear, and the poor lighting of the video. If you put her into something a bit more modern and generous, and had her doing a pole dance, I'm sure there'd be plenty Doper men (and gay women) with their tongue on the floor.

Not hot. There's something unappealing to me about her face and while there are certain women in her age bracket that I'll go for, she isn't one of them. Too stringy, too veiny. She might be in good shape for her age, but I've never been one to choose dates based off of how well somebody does in the gym.

If I were to base my opinion on looks only, and I were to disregard the knowledge that heavy makeup and photoshop techniques were used, I'd say hot. She looks good in that pic, for any age. I still think she needs a personality transplant, but I'm putting that aside for the purpose of your survey.

I've actually wanted to find Maddie attractive, but excepting that period of time right around the True Blue album... nah. Not sure why. She's good looking enough, has a decent body... but I never found her particularly sexy. I remember people getting het up about the Sex book she did, getting a look at it, and thinking, "So?"
Nowadays I can find fault with the veiny hands, etc. But that picture in front of the mirror? Not bad!

I've always thought she was good-looking, but never hot. I'd have sex with her if the opportunity arose, but she's not someone I'd ever fantasize about. That's been the case all the way back to the '80s when I was a horny 14-year-old who'd fantasize over moderate breezes. Her personality is a major turn-off, but even without that she does little for me.
Honestly, in the OP's photo, the first thing I thought of was the Cat Lady from A Clockwork Orange. Sort of like that friend of your mother's who seemed a little creepy because she was always trying to fit in with the younger crowd.

I'm another one who's never found her hot. The only time I thought she even apprached attractiveness was in the Material Girl video (channeling Marilyn Monroe).
And I agree with others who say she has an off-putting personality. She strikes me as exceedingly willful and self-absorbed. I've always felt that she probably doesn't have one genuine friend in the whole world.

I think she used to be pretty hot, but lately she looks like she's been used up. Too much working out and not enough moisturizer, IMHO. That's saying a lot, because I love to work out!
The pic of her posted earlier where she looks pretty looked photoshopped all to hell. Whaddup Popeye? Just no. Not terrible, but not that impressive either.

In her Like A Virgin days, she was a little fleshier and really working the 'lap dance attitude', with the come hither looks and doing all of the time-honored 'look at me, I'm sexy' moves. But I never actually found her sexy.
In her Sex Book days, she was a butterface. I recall one picture of her where her body looked better than I had ever seen it; she was sort of hanging by her hands from a pole or something over a body of water, and I thought her body was kickin'. But her hair was over her face, so I could live out the fantasy. Her face has always seemed very hard and masculine to me, and therefore a turnoff. These days, things haven't improved. She's just too sinewy, plus she still has that face which time has not treated gently. Not to mention her attitude and personality, which is a big fat zero. Also, she fucked Sandra Bernhard, which is like playing with toxic waste. So no, not hot and with rare exception, never was.

Problem is she really doesn't have any type of "girlish" features. She's thin but doesn't have a figure. Muscular but not sculpted. And I know tanning is bad for you and "out" right now but pale just doesn't do it for me. She 's just not very feminine.

Hmm....I'll have to say formerly hot, but only because of the unflattering plastic surgery. Had she reconciled herself to the inevitability of wrinkles but kept up her workout routine as she has, she'd be on her way to Helen Mirren level GILFitude.

I'm a big fan of the more feminine curves and look that Madonna cultivated back in the 80's and 90's. I thought she was smoking. This 80's style unitard or fahion sense that she has cultivated over the past 8 years whatever it is that she wears, I not only find unnatractive, it actively turns me off. Also, the extremely lean and ropy look that she's cultivated in the past 10 years or so is not attractive to me, I think she could stand to gain 10 pounds in the right places. I also think the botox and plastic surgery make her look grossly disfigured and weird.

I think I remeber exactly the last video when I found her most physicallly attractive.
...Wearing the PVC bikini with the braidup in Human Nature. I'm not a big fan of the S&M theme but she looks beautiful in that leather/pvc bikini. ...and then again, I do think she looked pretty good in Ray of Light, as someone mentioned above. I think it was because she was more natural looking.
