Not having been to the Bell Centre, can’t comment on that, but the Delta Montreal goes for $179 per night on weekends in September. To give you an idea of what’s available downtown in a range of prices, use this site. Just click on the blue hotel dot, and it’ll give you the current Canadian Government rate, but that should be quite near normal anyway.
