Death Of Calvin And Hobbes

A while back someone on this Board posted a link to a comic strip which purported to show what happened to Calvin and Hobbes after they went over the hill in their last strip. I’ve been trying to track it down and have had no luck. Can anyone provide the cite?

Here.

Some of us prefer a happier end.

Immensely satisfying, thanks for the link.

Is that Susie sleeping with him?
Apparently so!

I was going to ask the same thing. I bet it’s intended for us to draw that conclusion.

“Mister Bun” pretty much makes it a lock.

Yeah, that would have been more obvious if I’d read any of the strips lately. Maybe I should get to that.

Since the little girl refers to Mr. Bun, I’d say her mom is Susie.

Dammit. I seem to have gotten something in my eye.

But what of Spaceman Spiff? The snowgoon? And, dare I ask…the Noodle Incident?

I’m not usually a fan of an artist’s work being “carried on” (read: plagarized/bastardized) by another artist, but this is perfect. I think Watterson would approve.

What? No, that’s just, er, allergies…

It took me a moment to get the kid’s name.

And carnivorousplant, the first rule of the Noodle Incident is you do not talk about the Noodle Incident.

hmmmmm… it *would *have, if my brain weren’t the consistency of a soggy donut.

That’s perfect. I’ll bet Watterson would be proud.

I’m still not getting it. The kid’s name is Bacon?

It’s like seeing Peter Pan grown up and selling used cars. :frowning:

Calvin . . . Hobbes . . .

No, Peter Pan grew up to become Mork.
