I hate to side with Charlie Sheen, but this show sucks.

Agreed. However, I've seen a couple of episodes of it before Charlie Sheen left and there hasn't been a drop-off in quality. It's just a sucky show.

It ceased being funny long long ago, IMHO. I think it peaked in the episode where Candy sang Christmas songs at the piano.

I'm not a fan of Charlie Sheen but the Charlie Harper character was funny. This new bloke is woeful. (I can't even be bothered remembering his name)

It sucked with Charlie Sheen. Why shouldn't it suck without him?

The show was pretty good in the beginning, but jumped the shark after a couple of seasons. The first half of this year's premiere actually was fairly good, but it fell apart in the second half and I haven't bothered with it since.

Alan has become a completely unsympathetic character IMHO. How much masterbating into a facecloth do we really need to hear about? And the whole story last season about ripping off his family and friends all that money made him go from goofy loser to major douche.

I tried it twice, several years ago, and made it less than two minutes each time. Really a terrible show.

did the show use to have laugh tracks? they never bother me but i guess when you find nothing funny it is really jarring and conspicuous.
