I was worried about brachyrhychnos for a while...figured she was so grossed out by us all at the NYC Doperama last fall that she quit the SDMB and took up croquet and bridge whist...but by golly, here she is back!

Whatever happened to Mullinator? I really miss that tall drink o' water.

Reports of my death are only slightly exaggerated...

Hey, I'm here! I even started a thread last week...

OK, so I haven't been posting very much lately. There are reasons I'm not going to make public. Suffice it to say that it's a situation where my normally good intuition may have failed me miserably in various, ugly ways. Maybe my analytical skills have been overwhelmed. Perhaps I'm just a bad person. Probably a combination of the three.

Yes, I'm being as clear as mud. Rest assured I am only "mostly dead".

And no, I don't want to talk about it.

CanadianSue regularly posts over at Fathom, and ChrisCTP moderates over there.

Welfy was there for a short while after she left this board, but her last Fathom post was on March 21.

But pldennison's been AWOL from this board since at most a few hours ago, so don't mourn his absence yet!

I know I've seen a few posts by him here and there over the last month or so, but I don't see very much of aha these days.

And I never see Shirley Ujest or Michi anymore.

And you guys are listing a lot of good ones, too. I find myself saying, "Yeah! What did ever happen to ..."

Michi changed her name...isn't she Cyndar now?

Yeah, I miss Shirley Ujest and Canthearya. And I'd miss pldennison, too, if he left, but as RTFirefly just said, I think he just got up from the computer for a few minutes to go into the kitchen for a sandwich.

Now that you mention it, that's been happening a lot since Kosmo.com folded last week.

We're gonna have to find a means to deliver physical nourishment right to the desktop to fight this trend.

Sadly, that means diverting precious resources away from the Waste Removal Project. So I'm afraid we're all going to have to use the bathroom for just a little while longer.

Sorry about that.

Here and accounted for. I haven't been posting much lately because I'm kind of disgusted at some of the things that have been going on and it makes more sense to just keep my opinions to myself and not post.

I will continue to lurk around and post when I'm interested tho and I do miss the oldies!! Yo Hunky Uncy, Coldy and the rest of you aged ones

He used to start such -wild- threads.

I just meant I hadn't seen some of those posters, could be I just missed passing them. Whatever, it's all kosher.

Sake Samuri

no sign of either of them in ages.

I also haven't seen DrainBead around lately, but I suppose she left when her S.O. did.

Ayesha and Drain are over at Fathom (altho Satan isn't). I saw a Michi post there in the past day or two - she's still Michi there, tho she's Cyndar here. And Scotti recently started posting there.

I coulda sworn I've seen ChiefScott here pretty recently; you sure he's gone?

I've seen Ayesha in a Pit thread this morning. And I've recently seen ChiefScott in a MPSIMS thread talking about how someone set him up for an e-mail account.

Oh, hey I'm still around. But it looks like it's going to be one of those years. Lost my job, serious family illness...all that fun stuff that makes life interesting.

Jester, you're (as always, I note with a lump in my throat)a terribly sweet guy to notice. One of favoritest people ever, I think.

Gosh, I missed this place.
