Steve Buscemi

I heard a sound bite to the effect that Steve Buscemi was stabbed while on location for a film. Apparently, he's on a film shooting in one of the Carolinas; he went to a bar with some of the cast and/or crew, got in an altercation and was stabbed. I did a search on CNN and MSNBC, but couldn't find anything. Anyone know?

Yep, Buscemi was stabbed. I saw this on MSNBC last week. It was on location in North Carolina. Vince Vaughn was involved too and he was arrested. Read about it here.

A bar fight. Just great. Well, apparently he's going to be okay. I'm glad. He's very talented. Now this Vince Vaughn guy I've never heard of....

I wish I knew more details, though. Jack Nance (you know, Eraserhead; Pete Martell on Twin Peaks) was also stabbed to death. I think that one was more of a personal feud, rather than a bar brawl that just sprang up, but it's still no way to go. Dangerous to be a character actor, isn't it.

Thanks for the info. I think he's really super. I see that Vince Vaughn is the guy that played Norman Bates in the 1998 "Phycho".

I think anyone attempting to mess up Vince Vaughn's face should be arrested. That's just not right!
