I don’t get it. The photos show nobody was crowding Diamond and his gf. No one was in his face. The guy with the camera phone had to be at least six feet away. Maybe a few months in jail will make him think twice before stabbing the next guy with a camera phone. It’ll be intesting to see how they proceed with the case.
Sounds like he needs a Time Out.
I haven’t followed the story since it first broke, but when I heard it, the story was that a bunch of people were hassling his girlfriend (pulling her hair, grabbing at her) and when he tried to pull them off of her he accidentally swiped (not stabbed) one of them with his knife. The person that got cut said he didn’t even know it happened.
The details may very well have changed/been updated since I first heard it, I really haven’t paid much attention.
FTR, Dustin has lives near(ish) me and has been a known asshole since the day he showed up. As someone on facebook said, we mostly pretend he’s not there.
The photos show nobody was near him or his gf when he glared at the camera. In fairness we don’t know what happened afterward and how much longer it was before the stabbing. I saw a TMZ report that there may be some bad security footage. But so far nothing reported about what was found on it.
The video in the OP is afterward when he’s holding the knife and being confronted by a woman. I think she was trying to get him to put it down.
I wonder how Zack is gonna get him out of this one.
Basically, Dustin is a dick. He should team up with Andy Dick.

The sentence seems fair. The other guy’s injuries were minor. But this potentially could have been a tragic situation. Diamond needs to stay sober and out of trouble. He may kill somebody if there’s a next time.
I would hate-watch that show.
