If you’re near a Trader Joe’s, their Organic Vegetable Burritos from the freezer are very tasty!
You might want to add a splash of Tapatio or Cholula to add some kick, but they stand up fine on their own.

The only decent frozen burritos I’ve ever found are Las Campanas, and not all of their flavors. Don’t get the chicken burritos, they’re nasty.
All the flavors shown in the photo are quite good though. In contrast, the local supermarkets prefer to carry brands like Amy’s which are more akin to grass clippings wrapped in brown paper bags.
I do add additional hot salsa and grated cheddar to the top of them after microwaving though.
They come in big bags of a dozen or so. I’ll generally nuke 2-3 for a quick easy snarfsession meal.
