In 34 years in the business, this is the only term I’ve heard used.

Looks like goes by several names.

jugular notch of sternum [TA]
the large notch in the superior margin of the sternum.
Synonym(s): incisura jugularis sternalis [TA], suprasternal notch ☆ , interclavicular notch, presternal notch, sternal notch
