anyone know this poem?

I had this poem in my seventh grade english book, but i have never found it anywhere since. I remember bits and pieces, and couldn’t find anything on the net. Anyone ever read this poem and remember all of it?

Okee Pokee Chinga ma ring
18th wife of the mighty king
loved her Lord above everything
and so she dressed him out for the party

satins and silks the queen did lack
but she had some red paint that looked well on black
so she painted her lord and masters back
and dressed him out for the party

.
Oka Poka crack me crown
King of the island Gulp-em-down

i thought she was Hoopla Hoopla Hoopla Ring?

…then you’re on to it-
…satins and silks the queen did lack

with pipe in mouth and feather in crest
Hokey Pokey(?) walked out with neither coat not vest
yet in full dress for the party

…something like that!?

(I’m a 1951 vintage so that’s from early days at school also, but would like to recall it all somehow, out of curiosity…)

Here it is. Said to be an anonymous work, apparently known mostly or wholly from school anthologies.

I have never in my life heard this poem, or heard of it, or had any inkling of its existence. Another odd bit of Americana* I never encountered.
Where was this told? Is it a regionalism?

*I assume. For all I know, it’s international.

Most of the references I’ve seen to it appear to attribute it to English-medium schoolbooks in India. I certainly never came across it in any US educational context (not that my personal experience is definitive, of course).
