Here’s an updated story on the 10-year-old boy who was seriously injured while protecting his younger sister. TL : DR - He wasn’t even expected to survive at first, but he is talking and got to enjoy a visit from a favorite athlete. I saw a lot of love expressed in this story.

Not much of an update but a wrongful death lawsuit was filed accusing Med Jets, of negligence and says the owner failed to make sure the plane was safe to fly.
And Andre’s mom gave an update on Sunday. It sounds like he’s still undergoing treatments, but he’s continuing to recover.
