I mistakenly bought a whole bag, thinking they were roasted (I was in Paris, and while I speak French, I was tired, okay?). But they’re not. They are ‘grilled’ and turn to moisture-sucking flourballs when eaten. I tried to revive a handful in water overnight, but t only half-worked. I’d turn it all into flour and make something but I don’t have a blender where I’m staying right now. Any ideas? Would it be easier to just toss 'em?
