Okay, so I apparently played no significant role in providing you happiness during your first thousand posts here, for which I deeply apologize.
I will now make every effort to reach out and respond in as meaningfully a way as I am able to 1 or 13 of your posts in the near-, not-so-near-, or way-the-hell in the future, on the slim chance that you will start a thread similar to this at your 2,000-, 3,000-, 7,500-, 10,000-, or 25,000-post mark, and I will be included in this ever-growing list of fine posters.
My only regret of the past two years is that I didn’t respond to one of your first grand, thus being noticeably absent from the current list. For had I known you would be giving shouts out to the posters who responded to you in some fashion over the course of your first 1,000 posts, you can bet your booty I’d have been the first to drop in and say ‘Hello,’ for I truly enjoy seeing my name in lists.
Happy, feeling quite verbose in his slightly tipsy state this fine July evening
If everything did go well, a mini-comic anthology of a local Phoenix comics group: “On the Spot productions” was given as a freebie at the San Diego Comecon.
It was a rushed, down to the wire, print job; still not sure if the organizer printed it on time for the con, I had to work, no time for cons for me here.
My bit was a 4 page (kinda like a #0 issue) mini adventure of my characters, I am still planning for a minicomic of my own next month.

Damn, I was at the San Diego Comicon last weekend and didn’t see it.
Of course, that’s a freaking HUGE convention. I’m used to the Heroes convention in Charlotte so if anyone else has been to both you know what a drastic difference it is.
Congrats on getting it out there though! I’m sure if it was at the 'con there are tons of people reading your stuff right now!
Now, I have my font challenged letters going to someone that is growing more significant to me by the moment.
Khadaji:
As you congratulated me for getting a job, I am congratulating you here!
Cisco:
Of course, that would only had been if the organizer of our group printed the stuff on time (I am cheching with him tomorrow), even then, I am afraid it was not a huge print: so , no, no tons of people! (Maybe in the future)
Being a first time effort, I notice now some errors that I have to correct before I put the stuff on line.
(like making fonts more readable: yes Flamsterette_X, I do have font issues! )
Also, I am planning to do some style changes, so in that case I am glad it was not a ton of people who saw it.
I got in contact with the organizer and he did made a print of 150 or so copies of the comic, people at the con got almost all of them, so I will get my copies this Sunday.
As for the letters, that is a story that is developing…
