Sorry gang - let me do a quick summary of my life:
Turned 40. Spent my birthday and the next 2 days incredibly sick. Dragged my behind to work on that Friday, only to find out that my boss (and project sponsor - I’m a contractor) had been let go. Spent the weekend sick and stressed. Spent last week trying to make sure my project didn’t go out the window and trying to find a new job as back-up. This week, I’m finally kicking towards the surface instead of frantically trying not to drown. I have the grid almost done - just need to send out notifications.
In the meantime, feel free to read the poet’s submissions for this month- a few of us in this group contributed and would appreciate your participation!
(this is not an attempt at bribery - merely a distractionary method while I feverishly finish up the exchange).

I sent off my Round 3 cards yesterday to ScareyFaerie, Nayna and Old Joe.
I have purchased cards but I can’t post them until Monday when I can get stamps - guess who forgot the PO closes early on Saturday? Anyway, they will definitely be in the mail on Monday. Guaranteed!

Hurray! I sent mine off on Saturday. The farmer’s market is next to the post office - so I went there after buying my weekly home-grown goodies!
