Was Singapore the one where parts of the track edges starting coming away?
Hamilton got to watch Button atop the podium, something his new team for next year accomplished once this entire season (and none the last couple). Unless Mercedes makes some massive improvements, Hamilton is in for some lean times. I will say that Hamilton was the victim of circumstances beyond his control in most of his DNFs this year, that’s gotta hurt.
Seeing Massa on the podium at home was good, that guy’s had a rough year.
Kimi getting 3rd in the driver’s was excellent, I like the laconic Fin.
I was very happy to hear that Hobbs and Matchett are making the move to NBC, I hope they have some input on the programming.

Hamilton is a massive improvement on Rosberg and Schumacher. I’m hoping Mercedes drop Rosberg and hire Kobayashi.
Yet Rosberg got them their only win in 3 years. I like Kobayashi, but I don’t think he’s better than Rosberg.
It will be great to see what a true top-tier driver can do at Mercedes, I’m happy to be proven wrong!
I was hoping to see Alonzo come through in the end. Darn it all.
Count me as another Kimi fan. (Leave me alone! I know what I’m doing!) I was happy to see him finish 3rd overall.
Be interesting to see what kind of team driver changes happen over the winter. Gotta love the silly season!
