Several Kansas congressional districts are likely Democratic winners as well. The Great Lakes might still be frighteningly Trumpish, but something good is starting to happen in the Great Plains (including suddenly purple Texas).
Meanwhile…disappointments (again) in Florida might be balanced by sone good news in my home state of Wisconsin, where schoolteacher Tony Evers might just hold onto a slight lead over that schmuck Scott Walker.
Gillum conceding breaks my heart. The contrast between good and evil is just so clear in that race. The Beto-Cruz race too.
Right now the NYT has it at ~+8.1 Democrat and they’re guessing a final range of ~+6 to +10.

If you cannot see the bias in MSNBC you are a perfect example of a FOX News supporter telling us they are fair and balanced with no sense of embarrassment.
MSNBC is not as bad as FOX News but they have very distinctly staked out the opposite of FOX News. Not as a righteous stand but rather a cynical attempt to make money figuring if FOX has the conservative side locked they will lock up the liberal side with the same model.
BTW re: what was said earlier about Cuban vote in FL – of the 3 traditional Cuban strongholds of FL-25, 26, 27, the later 2 flipped Democrat. Weak candidates and new arrival voters.

They continue to throw all minorities together and act like they owe you their vote and assume they are voting against their interests. If you think blacks, Cubans, other hispanics, and Jews have the same interests then you deserve to lose in Fl. Keep propelling that meme Dems about how racist and horrible Florida is. Reps somehow have members in lockstep. Dems have the likes of McCaskill and Lieberman (a decade or so ago for Lieberman) and others who are only barely liberal and regularly buck the party and vote with the other side.
Technically this is a loss for Dems but honestly fuck her and good riddance.
Has anybody said anything about state legislatures? ie, have any states flipped? Could be very important in re-districting in 2020.
NBC saying with Dems taking 25 R seats and Repubs only taking 2 D seats that gives the Dems the gain of 23 they need to take the House. So that at least is done.
Now just to see if King loses in Iowa and what happens to Gov. Walker in Wisconsin.
As much as I would have loved it to see Abrams and O’Rourke win their respective races I knew it was really unlikely. Gillum is a bigger disappointment as I thought he really had a shot. Clearly racism still runs pretty deep in Florida and Georgia.
