UK actor Dennis Waterman has died, aged 74. There were three shows he was most known for, a cop show from the seventies called The Sweeney, a comedy drama, and pop cultural institution, from the 80s called Minder (which he also sung the theme tune for), and more recently in the 2000s a show about older characters from the Cold Case squad called New Tricks.
