The “Pope” rule isn’t always definitive. The BBC news report on the death referred to him as “Charlton” in the headline and “Sir Bobby Charlton” as the first words of the report. A knighthood is often but not always included in a name.
If I had listed him as “Robert Charlton” that would definately be against the Pope rule.

I’d like to try a Life Pool next year, I think it would show more action. People could gamble by choosing mainly older candidates, would lead at the start but might quickly slide off the top of the leaderboard, while those who chose younger candidates might see themselves pull ahead late in the year, but hey maybe most of your horses make it to the end. Right now we still have 5 poolers who remain stuck at 1 point and thus have seen virtually no action all year.
Run one in addition to this.
