It’s says she died of a suspected drug overdose in Moore, OK. Dana Plato also died of a drug overdose in Moore, OK… What the hell is wrong with that town?
Moore is also a magnet for tornadoes. From Wiki:

I love how that headline ends with “police investigating”. You’d think that is sort of implied by the “found decapitated” part.

Off the top of my head (sorry) I can think of a couple of things. The most logical one might depend on how long he was dead. If he committed suicide by hanging the rope/string whatever cut through after time. The pants down suggests maybe not suicide by intent but the results are the same.
It’s almost as if someone had fallen down an elevator shaft… onto some bullets.
Maybe he got drunk and started playing with a chainsaw?
