I saw 9 to 5 as a kid on TV all the time and man, he played the absolute heck out of that role. Before Lumberg(Office Space), he was the definitive bad boss on tv or movies.
While I’ve seen him in other things, the most recent was Boardwalk Empire. He was great as the scumbag Commodore.
He was superb at playing characters I did not much care for.
