I had ESPN on the TV muted and the McShay show on the phone with audio. So much of a better experience. I like seeing the graphics and the guys walk up on stage, but I simply cannot stomach the talking and bullshit narratives on that show any more. It’s a shame, used to be awesome. They fully ruined it and now the NFL Network is dying so that’s not even a great alternative.
Highly recommend second screening the show for tonight.

The Bears are drafting 7th and 9th in the second round, so I’ll be watching the top of this round very closely.
I think it’ll be a surprise if Will Johnson, Mike Green, and Nick Emmanwori aren’t taken in the next 5 picks. I’m really hoping that the Bears can land Treveyon Henderson and Donovan Ezeiruaku with those two picks. I wouldn’t be opposed to trading back if Henderson comes off the board before us, but he’s the must-have guy here.
The Sanders slide will probably continue. Everyone things that either the Browns or Raiders will pull the trigger early tonight. The Saints can grab him if he slips and the Steelers don’t have a 2nd. If either Milroe or Shough get picked before him, he might be looking at a late night. Let’s hope the broadcast finds literally anything else to talk about.
Almost guarantee it. They traded up to get Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf in different drafts years ago, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a WR here. But they also need another guard.
Whoever they are getting, it has to be someone they really want. They don’t do this very often.
Wow, a safety. Didn’t expect that. They must love this guy. It’s not a massive need for them, so I’m guessing they just see it as a big defensive upgrade, and figure there are enough guards and receivers they can still get someone decent later.
