I was a bit surprised to see Ty Simpson got to LA at pick 13. They must really like him.
He reminds me of Ereck Flowers…which is not a good thing.
I don’t love that Rams/Simpson pick at all. People are talking about what a great situation this is for Simspon, and on that point I agree, but I’m more interested in what it means for the Rams. Simpson is a project QB and that’s a lot of draft value to spend on a project. The Rams were in the NFCCG last year and could have really used a splash player to helo them compete in a tough NFCW. If I were the Seahawks or 49ers I’d be thrilled that the Rams didn’t land a guy like Lemon or Bain.
Ioane to the Ravens is one of those annoying picks where the perfect player slides down the board and falls right into a perfect spot. He’s going to be amazing in Baltimore.
I see talk that Proctor could end up at guard. We shall see.

I’m wondering if the Jets thought he would still be there for their pick. I don’t get taking a TE. They don’t have a quarterback. They would be better off building the foundation and plan on getting a QB next year.

5 picks to the Bears and Faulk looks to be one of the top available players. What are the chances he makes it back to us? Cowboys are probably the biggest threat.

I didn’t see the beginning of the show so I don’t know what that was like. I was watching the Yankees Red Sox game. It seems like it’s moving along at a much better pace this year with a lot less bullshit filler.
