Just a quick question…in the finale of season 2 of 24 (aired here last week) who was…
the dark-haired woman who gave Palmer the funky handshake during the final minutes? Was I supposed to recognise her? Or is it all going to be revealed in the upcoming 3rd Season?
She was the woman who stole the photographer’s ID and blew up the plane in the first few hours of Season 1 (Mandy?).
Yep, that was Mandy from Season One.
…who is played by Mia Kirshner.

The funny (to me ) thing is that Hercules’s (Of AICN) reviews of every (well, a lot of them) episode of season 2 had the question “Does naked Mandy show up?” (she disrobed in season 1).
So it was cool when she DOES finally show up (even if clothed)

Hercules should then check out Not Another Teen Movie , Marilyn Manson’s Tainted Love video, and Maxim and Stuff .
(I’m a bit of a 24 media whore, aren’t I?)

Also be sure to check Mia out in Atom Egoyan’s “Exotica”, where she plays a stripper who dresses up as a schoolgirl…

Mia will also be starring in a new Showtime series called “The L Word” (as in lesbian) starting in January. <drooling…>

I was half expecting the question to be, “Was that the stupidest cliffhanger ever, or what?” and was planning to answer, “Yes. Yes, it was.”
I don’t even think I’m going to watch the 3rd season. Well, maybe the first episode to see how they “explain away” that pathetic handshake.

I thought it was a pretty dumb way of going out on a cliffhanger too.
Thanks for the explanations…now if only I had watched Season 1. Guess that’s what DVDs are for.
