I probably she have included that I do know that ephebophilia typically means that they are exclusively attracted to minors, not incidentally.
boring ! i am sure that a lot more kids (worldwide) die from hunger and lack of medical care than are sexually abused. and nobody ever gets punished or even condemned for their deaths.

It depends on the person taking them. Reduced sex drive, anorgasmia (yes, exactly what it sounds like), weight gain, nausia, insomnia, lethargy and a whole host of other things are known side-effects of SSRI’s. What the patient is willing to put up with depends on the severity of the side-effect and how bad things were without the meds. Not everyone is going to be affected the same way, and some SSRI’s may give better results/fewer side-effects than others. For my part, my sex drive was only moderately reduced, no big deal in contrast to how I felt pre-medication. The big problems for me were weight gain and anorgasmia (and boy did that suck). I also had problems with both insomnia and extreme lethargy, on the same brand, depending on the dosage.
Of course I don’t believe anyone is really sure why SSRI’s would improve mood while simultaneously decreasing sex drive, but mucking about with brain chemistry is bound to create some weirdness somewhere.
Most, if not all, prescription meds have websites where you can look up things like side-effects etc. www.celexa.com is one.

Good point, Kaio. In fact, I had a problem with anorgasmia with the first med I was put on. I actually thought is was a kinda cool side effect for a few weeks after it started. Woo-hoo! Bang away all night! (I could reach climax, with an inordinate amount of effort …) But it got real old before too long …
