5 a day fruit & veg, how big is a portion?

The Department of Health recommends we eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day but I am struggling to find clear information on what constitutes one portion. I have found written documentation on portion sizes but quantities such as ‘handful’, ‘chunk’, ‘bowl’, ‘slice’ and even ‘medium-sized’ are too vague for my liking, how thick is the slice supposed to be? How big is the bowl?

So, does anybody have any pictures of recommended portion sizes to remove the ambiguity in the quantities supplied by the government?
