I know it’s early, but I can’t wait for the premiere. I thought we could get the juices flowing if everyone posted thier theory on what happened to Sydney before she woke up. (Remember that mine will obviously be correct.)
Sydney was knocked out during the fight with “evil clone girl”, who called Sloan to fill him in on what happened. They come to pick up Sydney, and remove one of her internal organs (hence the scar). The organ is somehow tied into the Rambaldi Prophecy. They keep her under observation the entire time, then, when they no longer need her body, they toss her out on the street.
I know that’s out there, but it’s the best I got. I am extremely interested to see what the rest of you think.

OK, I predict Sydney will eventually end up in a rubber skin-tight suit of some sort, with a strangely colored wig on, doing some butt-whoopin’ spin kicks.
Here’s an answer that’s bound to be completely wrong.
Back in Season One Sydney fell down a giant hole and miraculously got her foot stuck in the bottom rung before she was smashed to bits on the ground. There’s no physical explanation for that. I believe she blacked out, and it’s all a dream. The Syndicate kidnapped her, dumped her in Hong Kong, and the series has been completely rebooted.
Ok, I really don’t believe that, but I’ve got nothing else.
