I think we’ve finally reached the point where more different actors have played Catwoman than have played Batman.
Ertha Kitt is the only one of the catwomen who seems like she would tear your ass up with those claws. MP and HB aren’t so bad but LM and JN are just hot house flowers pretending to be bad girls. Kind of like Sandra Dee, R.I.P., being cast as a heroin addicted hooker.
What about AB, from Batman:TAS? Does she count?

I vote for Ms. Newmar; tall, and I loved her legs. She was a dancer, too. Though my nod goes for Julie Newmar, I confess I’ve had more dreams where I was a villain squaring off Yvonne Craig’s Batgirl.

Hey, I was a little kid, and even I could tell the bomb was “fakey”. It’s funny to me now, but back then I didn’t know about camp.
I limited the discussion to the '60’s TV show Catwomen 'cause I wanted to focus on my first two costumed crushes. Catwoman was scary and aluring at the same time in ways I didn’t understand but liked. Julie Newmar in that outfit still is to this day, in a way that Michelle and Halle can never be.
Ack … didn’t edit my last post. Clarifying: BOTH Craig and Newmar were dancers and I met BOTH at conventions.
Both were very nice, but my previous vote stands: Julie Newmar. I gotta go with the one that struck the “stirrings in my utility belt” first.
Without reading all the other posts first, I just have to say that I would still do Eartha Kitt today. Her voice is flatout sexy. Hearing her sing “Santa Baby” gives me a chubby. Eartha Kitt in the 60’s? HELL YES.
