70's german punk song? could have been french.

I am trying to find the name of a german punk song that was played on American Radio in the late 70’s/early 80’s. It reminds me of something the Ramones would have done, but this had german lyrics. I don’t recall ever hearing any other german punk song played on the radio around this time. I don’t recall the lyrics (sorry) but I think it started out like, “er der…”, like they were counting to 4, maybe, before going into other lyrics.

It was so long ago, maybe I’m confusing it with french lyrics. Any french punk songs on the radio around that time?
