It doesn’t matter to me that you misspelled axle (rod related to a wheel) as axel (jump in figure skating), but I don’t know if there is indeed a vehicle called a Tauras or if you’re talking about a Ford Taurus. Some details are important.
Salvage yards have interchange books that can answer your question. Auto parts stores can tell you if the same axle part number is listed for both cars. While someone here might be able to tell you, this isn’t the type of thing that many people just know offhand. I work on cars for a living, and I don’t know – I don’t need to know, I have parts stores and salvage yards to rely on. It may be more efficient to call one of them.
