90's ID help? "Baby I'm back"

Yesterday a 90’s r&b song randomly popped in my head. I’ve tried Google, YouTube, even singing to Soundhound, and i can’t find the song.

As I remember it, the chorus goes like this:
“Baby I’m back
(right back in loooooove aaaagain)
For the second time around…”

Something like that. Can anyone ID this song? I never even liked it that much, but it’s sort of driving me crazy not being able to identify it.
