I’m weaker on Angel than Buffy, but that was Fred, to Willow, in the episode in which Angelus is taken down and re-souled by Faith’s trick of “spiking” her blood and letting Angelus bite her. Willow was there to take Faith back to Sunnydale.
I don’t know the episode name, but it was 3/4s of the way through season 4 of Angel/ Season 7 Buffy.
