Cordelia. It was in Season 1 of Angel, but I’m not 100% on the episode. I want to say one of the first handful. She had a part in a garbage bag ad. Or she was auditioning for it. I believe that may have also been the episode she suggested that the team charged people for their help.
Angel talking to Cordy, after Doyle’s passed on the visions to Coredy, in the ep where the crew saves the little boy from the demon only to discover that the boy is worse than the demon.
Oh, I got the stones. I got a whole bunch of… stones.
Oh! I got it. “I think I need a lawyer!” was said by Charles Gunn, in AtS “Blind Date.” Gunn’s in the lobby of Wolfram & Hart. His next words were, “I think my civil rights have been violated” or something like that.
Try this one:
Who was mentioned as a “Tall guy, bleached mullet, works day shifts?”
“couple of supplies here, that I think just might help. Eases the hurt, makes the sun shine a little brighter, even makes boring people seem more interesting.”
The ep is “Reptile Boys,” wherein the frat boys are trying to sacrifice a girl to the big lizard in their basement. The speaker is Cordelia, replying to Buffy’s disinclination to meet frat boys; she’s reluctantly trying get to Buffy to agree to the party so SHE can go, herself - one of the frat boys is named Anderson and his father owns Anderson Cosmetics, apparently a world-reknowned and wealthy firm.
I don’t wanna be our only hope! I crumble under pressure! Let’s have another hope.
