A Cancer- and Surgery-Free MMP

I really wanted to sleep longer, but between Nature and Smokey it was not possible. I’m up for the next mmp, right? I’ll probably post tonight after I get home from my day of gaming.

Garden – I don’t have a place to put them but if you do, I could e-mail you some to share with the masses here. PM me. Also I recommend checking the search engines in photobucket or such for “Santarchy”.

Pie – if you are Western PA keep it in mind for next year. It will basically be the same date/day.

It was a really terrific time and I paced myself so that I went to roughly 8pm and had no hang-over. Santasaurus Rex, Santa George Foreman and I spent a lot of time together and with Fetish Santa, Santa Transvestite and Prancie the Overtly Gay Reindeer. Malibu Santa and Santa Beachbabi did a terrific job as general herd leaders and we not only hit a lot of bars but other things as well ----- like the Scientology place. Blitzedden the Yinzer Reindeer (pretend-pregnant and with a six pack of Iron City) and I did one photo-op in front of the trailer at the Double-wide Grill I hope I can find on the web some day; being in it I couldn’t get a shot on my memory card. Let’s just say it involved simulated doggie style and the phrase “ride em’ Santa!”

The Santa Yoeder thing basically worked although if I looked like an Amish Santa or a Hassidic Santa depended on your background.

If your city doesn’t have a Santarchy, consider starting one. I’ve done zombie crawls and “Glen or Glenda” crawls and all types of silly things and this very well may have been the most fun one ever.

Whatever folks decide. I can always hold some photos and hide a couple at my usual place to illustrate the mayhem. Heck -------- its not like any of them could be used for identification anyway!
Swampy ------ ya shoulda been in “the pit” at the Lava Lounge with me when Santa Transvestite and Vixen were walking past. I got to -------- how can I say this? Look up a couple addresses???

:smack:

The LOL’s were great, thanks Rosie and Mork! Taters, glad to know that your coffee maker is working okay after the spewfest yesterday. :stuck_out_tongue: Swampy, it’s good to know that your Mom has a great sense of humor . And Ruble, I caught a small story on the news on the Santarchy in DC - they marched in front of the White House! LOL

Up and have been watching the Merrython ™ on TVLand. I’m making brekkie or rather brunchy (? LOL) now, got some fried N.O.T.'s and onions going on. YUM!

Had a relaxing yet productive Sunday - did a bit of work for a presentation I have tomorrow morning, laundry, roasted veggies for my roasted veggie pasta bake, changed sheets on my bed and now I am having a glass of wine & watching movies while my pasta bake bakes.

I’m having a happy homemaker sort of day. Groceries have been bought, brunch has been made, much coffee has been consumed and biscotti are baking in the oven.

Still remaining - bake some more cookies (I’m thinking either molasses crackles or chocolate crackles, but I’m not sure which yet), tidy up the kitchen, do a load of laundry, put away clean laundry from last week, finish unpacking from Mexico, and process a bunch more photos from our trip. Phew. Somewhere in there, I guess I should get around to posting a recipe or two to my blog and writing that durned MMP.

It’s wet and grey and gross outside, so at least there’s plenty of reason to stay indoors and hibernate.

Hey, we went to Bob’s, too! I didn’t see you there!!

We dropped off the dogs and ran our errands. I’ve got laundry going, and I’m waiting for the call to fetch my puppehs.

It’s raining. It’s ick. I think I need some medicinal cheesecake.

I know who Olentzero is, Nava - the caricature is a self-portrait.

Neither of you were here for brekkies today. :stuck_out_tongue: and :stuck_out_tongue:

I went to another brunch today (yes, this is my December social butterfly weekend) and had a fun time.

Now I’m full. And sleepy.

Guess I’ll take a nap and then return with some actual content. Maybe.

I’m off to get our Christmas tree. All by my lonesome…::sniff::

It’s hard work trying to be the only one with a little Christmas spirit.

It’s also starting to snow. There isn’t any accumulation to speak of, but it’s sticking.

Both rosie and Muppet are writing mmps… Are they both for tomorrow?

CutiePie it’s the way of the MMP! It’s either nobody’s up for the next one or everybody’s up for the next one!

It’s chilly and foggy with more rain on the way. IOW, December in the deep south.

I say they do rock, paper, scissors.

Laundry is going, need to start dinner soon.

Rock, paper scissors? I’d have expected a demand for cole slaw rasslin’ at the very least…

Well, I prefer Jell-O, but that would work, too.

I say we give BioRosie and Muppet Tootsie Roll Pops and the first one who licks hers down to the chewy chocolate center (no biting you must lick!) wins!

I finished my errands and picked out a beautiful tree. It’s a Noble and it’s nice and full with very little in the way of holes. The needles are dark and glossy, and the best part is I only paid forty bucks for it. I think it’s an eight foot tree.

All I know is that it’s damn heavy. I’ve got it sitting in my stand so it can drink up some water. In a bit, I’ll start decorating the tree.

Still snowing and now it’s beginning to really stick and stay. Hopefully, there won’t be any real accumulation. People drive like idiots in the snow here. It’s not that hard, but somehow, they manage to muck it up.

I guess I better pull my tree decorations out now.

Just have them do paper and scissors. From what I see on MTV and hear on the radio, I have no doubt rock is dead.

I know you know, I was explaining it to the rest of the bunch, silly!
