The kind of assertion is not suitable for a CITE, and Univ of Calif. haven’t yet provided one AFAIK. There are various ways you could approach admission procedure for the Illegals. You could get the Court file for the original suit -there is sure to be lots of discovery and testimony. You can write to UC Regents and ask. Or you can use plain commonsense. Somewhere down the final list of Admissions for each campus you would find several hundred Illegals; they must have replaced real US Citizen Californians (the term is used for convenience) with similar SAT scores, or maybe slightly below. They are fresh out of luck. What other mechanism do you suggest?
