a Cocktail in season...

Sure, beer is delicious…nothing like a keg stand on a chilly fall eve. The cops are around the corner and everyone inside is either passed out or making out…

…but there is also the fabulous side of life, that only an oyster and a devilishly cold cocktail with cherry could define. for that, I am giving you all a cocktail recipe that was recently taught to me by a little crab walking along the white sands of Del Mar. It is delicious, and perfect for those fall nights, be it on the beaches of California or the shackled rooftops of a Japanese penthouse. Imbibe, indulge, and spread the wealth.

Any delish cocktial recipes (honest and proven true) that you have come across are more than appreciated…

The MAIDEN’S PRAYER:

Recommended Listening: Cibo Matto - “Stereo Type-A”

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Shake all the ingredients together with ice until irreverently cold, (be careful not to “bruise the gin” [Auntie Mame]), and strain into a cocktail glass. I garnish with a twist of lemon, though a cherry may do well also.
Enjoy, and stay liquored in fabulousness.
