Never heard of it and not interested, from the little I read here.
And if it was dictated by Jesus, why were there later editions? What did he forget something?
I had never heard of this before.
But looking it up I see…
IT WAS WRITTEN BY JESUS :smack:
So in a religious sense, this is **way more important than the Bible.
**
Unbelievable.
No poll option for me.
Never heard of it before, and don’t find it interesting.
The last option, I think. That’s what I chose for the same feeling.
That’s because you start with the preconception that anything you can’t instantly explain is a miracle, or for things that others can easily explain you won’t accept the reasonable explanation, but want it to be a miracle instead.
Which casts doubt on your definition of a miracle. The most common definition is something which defies the laws of nature. Therefore, births and narrow escapes from disasters do not qualify. In fact, we know of nothing which can definitely be said to be a miracle and we know of no sure way to create one as The Course suggests.
“Miracles” are the result of poor interpretations and wishful thinking.
A Course in Miracles is Newage bullshit.
Define “miracle”, please.
Never heard of it, Googled it, wish I’d still never heard of it. Sounds like a plan to foist religion on people in therapy.
Bravo, sir.
Sorry, my mind and my life aren’t so trivial that they can be changed in 5 minutes.
And yes, you need a “load of steaming shit” option in the poll.
its misnamed - it should be titled “of course, its a miracle” -
as an atheist, I see ‘miracles’ everyday - just for example, today - close to 6 billion people didnt die.
But there are reasons, rational explanations why most people didn’t die. Not a miracle.
I uses to work in a bookstore, so I’m familiar with it. Big. Blue. Shelved in the Woo Section. Since it gets the same genial eye-roll consigned to its shelf-mates, none of your poll options seemed quite appropriate.
