He goes to church, he prepares sermons, he reviews documents, he writes apostolic letters, he gives audiences, he goes on trips, etc…

All Catholic clergy have a set of prayers to say called the Daily Office. The Pope says those prayers. He also celebrates Mass every day.
However, he also has work to do like any CEO of a large corporation. He has a big staff, so he probably only has to get involved in big decisions.
