Happy Hump Day!

I’m cold, tired, and grumpy.

Just curious, can you find Kosher for Passover alcohol (other than wine)?

Spidey a list on how to have a Drunken Passover. I found it fascinatin’!

OK, need to put on goin’ about the public attire and head on over to the church house.

Laterz!

Another busy busy busy day at work followed by a $50 stop at Food Lion on the way home. Salad for supper, so that’ll be healthy. I’m also going to make crescent rolls to go with it.

I need a nap, but too much to do.

I believe that Conservative Judaism believes all wine to be kosher.
Perhaps we have things in common with Episcopalians.

Kosher & Kosher for Passover are not the same thing. Leavening is verboten at Passover & beer is made with yeast, which means it’s out.

sunny, your language is what we always called cartoon cussin’. Think Yosemite Sam.

bowser, my haircuts cost $25 USD plus tip. Of course, I likely don’t do it as often as you. :stuck_out_tongue:

We have month end wrapped up enough that the boss was offering time off this afternoon. So, I came home and played in the dirt. I got the flowers out, but will have to go to Lowe’s for more dirt to do the maters, peppers, herbs and lettuce.

I worked, came home. Making Chinese BBQ chicken with rice ans Szechuan broccolin. Drinking a Shotgun Betty.

Feel better, Sunny!

Hope things get better at work, Nettie.

Howdy Y’all! Home from soup 'n sammich/Eucharist over to the church house. 'Twas really good, as usual, plus all the chikin sallit sammiches got et, so WIN-WIN!

Dependin’, I suppose on one’s definition of beer, this beer is Kosher for Passover. So is this one. This is fascinatin’ me way more than it should.

Spent a fair amount of money on miscellaneous soccer stuff today, then went out and coached the boys (very good practice) until it got dark. Came home and had myself a Cheeburger and I think that will do for the day.

Went by Burgerville and grabbed din-din for me and the kids. It’s a local burger chain and I love it. They rotate local seasonal food, in addition to some regular things. Right now they’ve got some nummy rosemary things. I got a rosemary chicken sammich, with shoestring fries.

I also went shopping and bought a lot of ice cream. This is what happens when you Shop When Hungry (SWH). I may also have bought an unusual amount of breakfast pastries.

Worked. We had a birthday roundtable thing and I won some swag. I was hoping for the table.

It’s quiet ------ almost too quie--------aaaaarrrrrrrgh!!!

The sun has been shining all morning, it’s 74 out with a high going into the 80s, the dog didn’t throw up this morning, I’m off work until Monday, and I’m wearing sandals.

Is this a beautiful day, or what?

Tally ho!

It’s always a good sign when the dog doesn’t throw up

Executive decision made - I’m taking off tomorrow. I need a mental health day. And a sleeping day, too. Driving in was rough - at times it was really difficult to keep my eyes open. That’s not a good way to commute.

Plus tomorrow’s supposed to be a mega-rainy day, which is as good an excuse as any to sleep in. Here’s hoping…

Meanwhile, I’ve got a long list of stuff to do for Josh, which should keep me occupied for a few days. And it’s payday, so yay!

Happy Thursday!

Up, caffeinated, and sheveled. Off to work. Hockey after work.

Gordie is a non hornking dog. Alex Catt is another matter.

Happy Thorsday!

It’s a still dark 40 degrees outside.

Another sleepless night, which accounts for my grumpiness.

I have a few more days to decide if I am keeping Direct TV. I suppose I am, so I need to take the cable box and other stuff back to the cable company.
Then I have to decide if I am going to keep the landline for irk or if I’ll start using my cell phone. I’ll probably keep it, better to have a backup since I use it for irk.

I think I’ll bake some brownies today.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 57 Amurrkin out and clear with a predicted high of 84 and mostly N.O.S. for the day. Rain is allegedly movin’ in tonight and tomorrow. We shall see. I would love a nice rainy day just to wash down some of the pollen. Today’s big plans call for the makeage of my world famous Eyetalian chikin in the slow cooker. I need to decide on sides. I have a few errands to run and could do some laundry. Just a non-stop whirlwind of excitatement!

Ruble yay for winnin’ swag!

Bowser yay for a non dawg barf mornin’!

Sunny is there really such a thing as too much pastry?

OK, I am in need of more caffeine and rumbly tummy demands to be fed. Then, I suppose I should purtify, stick chikin in the slow cooker and go do stuff.

Happy Thursday Y’all!

Good morning all this Thorsday. Rain is in the forecast for this afternoon, so my soccer practice (with the girls’ team) may get washed out. we’ve had just one practice this season so far due to the weather, so I hope I remember all the names when we play on Saturday.

Really need to do laundry, but stubbornly am telling myself to wait until April (why? No reason I can think of, just because). The first lawn mowing of the year is coming up next week too, so such exciting things to look forward too…

FCM, maybe re-retirement is in your future?

Sari, I got direct TV over cable, and except for outages in nasty weather, I am satisfied with them.

Ruble, you mentioning winning made me remember I bought a Powerball ticket in Kentucky a couple weeks ago, so I checked it out and…nothing. Glad you had better luck.

Bowser, that sounds like a retired person’s life. Enjoy.
