It does, in fact the vast majority of twinky type (bareback) porn shows the cumshot being on the face/in the mouth following said dick having been in the arse. Personally I prefer to see the cumshot in the bum, and interestingly enough there seems to be a correlation between the increase of the age of the porn stars involved and the likelihood of a bum cumshot (no idea why).

I’m not sure if any of this would be seen as demeaning though, just sexy. As I’ve said in other threads it’s really quite difficult to argue that a man is being taken advantage of by another man in porn, unless he’s (literally) tied, bound, gagged and clearly resisting (which could be a whole other part of the fetish spectrum, on the other hand). Neither of these trends (snowballing and ATM) is “new”, although they seem to be much more prevalent than in the days past. I first came across ATM on an old videotape a couple of decades ago, and was quite shocked and a bit disgusted. The first snowball scene in an otherwise non-descript video was from the woman back to the guy. That was the sort of stuff I wished they warned you about up front so you know what to avoid (actually, I wish there were lots of warnings, such as this video contains 15 minutes of actual video looped for 60 minutes total time). Now, they have sites dedicated to each (or both combined) for easy access. Viva la internet!
