Yeah, Ass to Mouth is going directly from anal sex to oral sex, almost always without a condom in both instances. I don’t know why this is the “big thing” in porn nowadays, but it is, and I don’t see how anyone finds it sexy. This brings up the interesting topic of why facials are hot. My take on it: Guys think of their jism as part of their sexuality. They tie up some of their identity in it, much in the same way that toddlers have some of their identity in their poo. Jism is masculine power. Imagine a porn scene in which the girl grabs for a towel the moment any gets on her, and she says “Eww, that’s gross!” It’s a direct rejection of that masculine power, and how opposite-of-hot is that? Instead, the girl accepts it in the most intimate way possible. If she loves it (or pretends to), then that’s sexy.
There was a thread some months back similar to this. The OP, name forgotten, argued that spitting was a rejection, or something similar. His opinion was that if the girl would take it orally, then she should swallow. Personally, I found his POV foolish, and I thought he felt just as you typed above.

As for demeaning, I have see many where the girl is being demeaned in my eyes but enjoying it- anyone doing it with Ron Jeremy for instance, IMO is demeaning themselves, but can be loving the hell out of it. A girl obviously not having fun though, agreed, is a downer.
