I have been watching A French Village on MHz Choice, and am eagerly awaiting the new episodes from Season 6. The MHz Choice website says that six episodes were scheduled to be released on Tuesday 14 February, but only two episodes appeared. Does anyone know when the other episodes will be released?
I thought Season 6 was aired in its entirety. Unless TV Guide is totally wrong, its description of Season 6, Episode 12 The Season 6 finale finds Marchetti under arrest, accused collaborators unprotected and the threat of violent reprisals high.sounds like the last episode I saw aired before Valentine’s Day. Marchetti is arrested and sent off to the provincial capital for trial, the skeletal police force is over-run by Anselme’s revenge faction in the Resistance, which runs amok through the town, Hortense Larcher gets the head-shaving treatment … and then the episode ends with order inexplicably restored and prefect Beriot back in town standing next to Anselme and the communist leader at a dedication ceremony. 
But then the Season 6 trailer on the MHz website is clearly after that Dr. Larcher was under house arrest at the end of the episode just mentioned, while the trailer shows him being tried.I’m confused. 
Edited to add: The MHz website calls Season 5 what TV Guide calls Season 6. Curiouser and curiouser.
John Bredin: Different sources number the seasons differently. TV Guide is counting the year 1940 as a single season, but MHz counts it as two seasons, so (TV Guide Season 7) = (MHz season 6).
I got Season 6 on DVD from Amazon (US). Today.
How many episodes are on the DVD?
