I just thought I would share this website with all of you fine people out there- I saw it in some ad on TV.

Woops, mucked up the code…let me see if I can do it this time, based on the FAQ
www.hampsterdance.com

You my friend are the epidemy of all that is evil for posting that wickedly awful site. You want a strange site? might I recommend b-funk.zambizzi.com/fattie

It’s pretty strange, yet somewhat amusing.

I’ve seen it and have had the wav that you hear for about 5 years…musta been created by an AOLer…just my opinion

Wow, that’s freaky. The Earthlink “hamster dance” commercial was on the TV as I opened this thread.

This is Hamster Blast. You can kill the little suckers and other annoying pests (like Pokémon and the Backstreet Boys!)

The person who did Hamster Dance complained that this site violated her copyright. According to Hamster Blast, she doesn’t have a copyright on the images or the music (which is the song from Robin Hood sped up),

Still, it’s funny stuff.

Yahoo internet life offers a weird site of the day.

Weird site of the day

Shows some pretty strange pages at times. Offers much more stuff too.

Cool! You want to see another site I saw on TV? www.yahoo.com !!!
Oh, you’ve heard of it? Well that’s ok, I think everyone and their grandmother has seen hampsterdance about a million times already too. By the way, who are they to complain about copyright infringement when they stole the music they use from Disney??

I thought that was only fair.

Oh, and Opal? Give the OP some credit - not everyone spends as much time on the 'net as you do.

For the past 6 months (more or less), my son (nearly 3) has loved hamsterdance. Whenever he sees me or my wife on the internet, he jumps up in our laps and demands to “Let’s Do Monsterdance”.

For him, it has the same eerie mind-control powers of Teletubbies. I don’t get it. Although the song is kinda catchy after about a zillion times; I find myself humming it, complete with the laugh at the end and the awkward “PSHHT” between plays.

And to follow HamsterDance there is… http://cowdance.com/

There is also www.beavercult.com , which is not what it sounds like. It’s perfectly respectable (well, not perfectly), if a little weird.
