I’m not the OP, but I seem to recall that it’s been “enter as often as you like.” However, if folks want it to be one entry per picture, that’s fine too.
I vote for more than one entry per picture. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any of the three captions entered by Spoons. Especially now, we need all the laughs we can get.

Definitely multiple entries. Sometimes I don’t feel I’ve hit my funniest until three or four goes. YMMV.
