Spoons and needscoffee both picked up on the Photoshopping. Fastdan1 was close but not quite on target and Knowed_Out was a bit off but it was a possible clue. I actually thought the trees were off but a very close look shows they’re in the foreground and not a reflection. Tough to pick out, though.

It is 11 p.m. here and I’m not going to wait till 4 a.m. to declare the winner.
The reason why yesterday I posted the photo so early was that I went to a clinic to have some tests.
Things have been inert in this thread for 9 hours and I don’t think there will be more entries.

It was a difficult choice to make, but I decided that the winner should be the following caption:
