Even at 9.30 it’s still quite icy in the sheltered parts of the garden.
At first I read the title and thought where the fuck is this guy from. Then I looked. Hey, enjoy the cool days. It has been in the triple digits, or above 30 degees C here in my corner of Hell, so I would love a frosty morning right about now.

I envy you. We are in the thick of the heat. I hate to wish my life away, but I cannot wait until autumn!
I wish you could ship some of that frost to Kansas. It’s been an awful summer, hot and humid as usual. I hate summer, and prefer the fall, just before it gets a little too chill to have to close the windows.

The people at the Bureau of Meteorology always say that when this sort of thing happens on very cold (for us) winter’s days. It must be an issue of some technical definition I suppose.
How was the rain between 3.30 and 4.30 this morning!?! It was deafening. However, as I am on holidays the cat and I are going to cuddle up and watch dvds.
That sounds delightfully cool. It was hot here today, and it will be even hotter tomorrow. It’s going to be hot until at least mid-September. I’m glad I have an office job, and I don’t have to be outside in the middle of the day.
If I could, I would move to Austraila ( or New Zealand) for their winter and back to Michigan for ours.
Permanent winter.
I’d probably get really depressed and write bitchin’ poetry.
