I’m not forcing, I’m informing. Also, the moment we die, we stand before God and from there we go to heaven or to hell. No one can say they didn’t know when God questions them because they’ve been informed.

This reminds me of a cartoon I saw in I think it was Playboy way back when. The setting was about 500 years ago, and a Franciscan monk had just finished preaching to some New World Indians. The caption of him speaking said: “Now that you’ve heard the word of God, you’re no longer Pagans. Now you’re a bunch of Heathens.”

I wonder what your take is on Matt 25, the parable of the sheep and goats.

It seems to say that true compassion, service and kindness are rewarded rather than lip service and believing the right doctrine.

God says that Himself in the bible. Everyone who accepts jesus as their savior and repents for their sins shall have eternal life. No man comes to the Father but through Jesus. Go look it up, I’m not God I’m simply repeating His words.

Well , more accurately you mean that YOU believe those are God’s words for whatever reason. Someone told you they were. You had some experience and came to believe they were.
However, if the Jews are right, the NT is not God saying anything. If the Muslims and Bahai are right then Jesus is just another prophet and their prophet is more recent. If the MOrmons are right then Jesus is the son of God but Joseph Smith was a prophet and they have their current prophet and set of apostles.
I don’t suppose you believe the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants are scripture do you?
That’s not even getting into the Buddhists and Hindus.
So, when you say “God said this” what you really mean is “m In my personal opinion , God said this, and it means …”

That leaves others to decide how much weight they should give your personal opinion.

There’s no concrete proof of the existence of God. Also, God said those who believe in His son Jesus and also accept Him as their savior will have eternal life. He didn’t say those who find evidence that His son existed will have eternal life. There’s no concrete evidence of Jesus’ existence because proving His existence doesn’t get us to heaven, faith and repentance do.

I’m pretty sure some know but not everyone knows the full message. Not everyone knows/or is taking it seriously(this topic is proof of this) that Jesus will be back very very soon and that only those who accept Him as their savior and repent for their sins will be raptured. Everyone else will be left behind and will be in for worst time unparalleled to any time in history.

Pretty sure I explained it earlier but Jesus was perfect and without sin. He was a perfect sacrifice for the atonement of our sins. He had to die as part of God’s plan for the redemption/restoration of humanity’s relationship with Him. And like I’ve said before, everyone who accepts Jesus as their savior and repents for their sins are righteous in God’s eyes and have a restored relationship with him. Everyone who hasn’t needs to because if we die as unrepentant sinners and without accepting jesus as our savior, we’re going to hell.

I don’t know and I don’t have all the answers but what I do say is that if we need something I don’t see why it’s a problem to ask God for it before He gives it to us. I refer you to Matt 7:7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”

That is just the words of some other Human. It doesn’t hurt to ask a god, but should not be necessary.

God didn’t say or write anything, you believe in another human not God! Since you can’t prove the Bible is the Word Of God, there is no point in claiming it is!

There are many verse’s that state coming as a thief in the night, but think about it and you will note it says<“The day of the Lord”, meaning the end of the world which Jesus is quoted as saying would happen in that generation. Plus, he is also quoted as saying he would return in his father’s glory with his angels, while some of them were still alive! It apparently didn’t happen if it had it would surely have been written by some one and recorded!
