There has been a rash lately of people who feel compelled to drag their personal political issues into GQ threads. This is rude to the OP who wanted to ask a General Question about some political subject and it is counterproductive to the fight against ignorance.
I’m tired of it and I’m not going to stand for it. Members are reminded that this forum is for factual questions and answers. Potshots and polemics belong in Great Debates or the Pit.
I’m going to start knocking some heads when there are violations.
