Yes, that’s what I meant. Even when I posted it, I wasn’t sure of the context.
But it doesn’t apply to FOX News? So we need to amend it, after it’s turned into law.
“There oughta be a law!”

Swing set installer is anti-Dominion expert witness
On January 27, the pro-Trump channel OAN broadcast a segment interviewing an “expert mathematician” named Ed Solomon who claimed to have found evidence within precinct-level reporting that the election was rigged by an algorithm. The basis of Solomon’s claim is that he found several precincts throughout the country reporting exactly the same results at various times throughout the vote tabulation process.
Asked by host Christina Bobb what the likelihood of what Solomon claimed to have found being a coincidence is, Solomon replied, “You can use the binomial probability formula, and the chance of that event happening is one over ten to an exponent so large there’s not enough stars in the universe—there’s not enough atoms in the universe to explain the number. It can’t happen naturally.”
If this sounds suspiciously vague for a mathematician, that’s because Solomon is not actually a mathematician, according to a lawsuit voting machine company Dominion filed against OAN for knowingly reporting defamatory claims against the company in the wake of Trump’s loss. In fact, according to the lawsuit, Solomon is a convicted drug dealer and “was working as an ‘installer’ at a swing set construction company in Long Island” at the time of the interview.
Note the Ed Solomon spelled backwards is De Nomolos - the villain in “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure”
Correction - Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey
The Fairness Doctrine wasn’t necessarily about making sure both sides were covered, it was more about resource allocation of the over-the-air broadcast spectrum, ensuring that no one political viewpoint gained dominance over the limited amount of spectrum allocated to radio/TV. It was also not limited to political topics, covering other topics as well.
‘Equal Time’ was the principal by which we ended up with TV shows with 1 conservative and 1 ‘liberal’ viewpoint
I understand the paper on the Binomial Theorem he used had a lengthy European vogue. Much like “Dynamics of an Asteroid” did.
He’s very well acquainted, too, with matters mathematical,
He understands equations, both the simple and quadratical,
About binomial theorem he’s teeming with a lot o’ news,
With many cheerful facts about the square of the hypotenuse.
About the trained cormorant i shall not speak.
Ed Solomon is also the name of the screenwriter for the Bill & Ted movies, so the villain’s name was an in-joke.
Yep (that’s how I remembered the otherwise obscure name De Nomolos)
Which are no doubt useful in swing set assembly.
He is the very model of a modern major fuckup.
A modern major genital?
A modern major genital wart.
After news emerged at about 6 p.m. on Wednesday that his attempt to have the lawsuit dismissed was unsuccessful, Lindell was seen on video getting off his seat and rushing off the stage abruptly, disappearing behind a dark curtain.
“We’re not going on a break,” Lindell said. “You guys can go eat. That’s fine, but I ain’t eating! I’m staying up here for 72 hours.”
I think he might be worried! He should go snuggle his Pillow.
I don’t think so. I just tuned into the Cyber-Symposium and they just started a whole presentation about the evil election-stealing Dominion, with a bunch of new accusations I haven’t heard before.
There is now a Serbian connection, apparently Dominion has an employee or agent with an office in Serbia, and he does work! Plus Dominion has done business with companies that do business with companies that do business in China! The evidence includes a photo of boxes with the Dominion logo on them, I guess Dominion ships boxes! Who knows what’s in them?
No one, except the people that shipped them and the people that received them and how do we know they aren’t lying?!
They also proved that people that work for Dominion have also worked for other companies that make election equipment! Some of them also go on to work for cities and states in the election administration field! One former Dominion employee went to work in election administration for a county in Texas, and that county went for Joe Biden.
So, they have made the discovery that election administration is a career and people that decide to pursue a career in the field of election administration sometimes change jobs!
And, in case you think they have just switched to the tactic of making absolutely normal activities seem nefarious in order to avoid being sued, they’re still repeating the old accusations, including accusing a particular individual of colluding with Antifa.
No ones backing down from anything, the intent of the seminar seems to be to whip up fury and anger at local governments and election boards. It’s not going to end well.
Would someone please let me know when the number of people alleged to be in the conspiracy is greater than the number of votes for Biden?
Oh yes, the fraud is deep. Joe Biden even went on TV and told people they should vote for him! There were people going door to door asking everyone to vote for Joe Biden. People even put up signs in their yards to encourage their neighbors to vote for Biden.
It was open and blatant and no one did a thing about it. Everyone just pretended doing stuff like this was OK. It was a hate crime against Trump, pure and simple. People even admitted they voted for Joe Biden because they hated Trump. No ones doing anything about it. Disgraceful!
I think that’s the next stop on the Crazytrain.
It’s going to end as “Exhibit 43” in the upcoming lawsuit that is going to bankrupt a few folks.
Has anyone told Lindell about the Shape-Shifting Lizard People? I think he needs to bring this up.
And maybe add a little LSD to his cocaine.
